Trauma-Informed Practice Is No Longer Optional. It’s Imperative.

Trauma impacts how people think, feel, relate, and respond. Knowing how to offer steady, informed support can make all the difference. Whether you're a caregiver, educator, frontline worker, or simply someone who wants to show up more skillfully for others, this bundle gives you the tools to do just that.

The Foundations of Trauma-Informed Support bundle brings together three accessible, evidence-informed courses that offer a strong, practical starting point for anyone working in supportive roles:

  • Foundations of Trauma-Informed Support: a comprehensive course on the core principles of trauma-informed care and practical applications in everyday settings

  • Creating Safety and Stability: skills for building trust, supporting regulation, and offering grounding in moments of distress

  • Parenting Traumatized Children: practical insights and strategies for supporting children impacted by trauma, whether you're a caregiver or working in a professional role

This bundle is ideal for those looking to deepen their understanding, strengthen their presence, and build trust with the people they serve without needing to be a licensed clinician or complete a certification track.

Start where you are. These foundational tools meet you there and help you become a steadier, more trauma-aware support for others.
