About Certifications

  • What is required to receive a Certificate of Completion?

You must attend the full duration of the Live Webinar and complete an Evaluation Form to be eligible for a Certificate of Completion. Full attendance includes attending the Live Webinar or watching the replay in full, which is available for 2 weeks after the live date. Partial attendance will not qualify you for a certificate. Please note, Zoom tracks each participant’s attendance and duration. You must fill out the registration form on Zoom with your full name and email address to ensure your attendance is verified.

  • When will I receive my Live Webinar evaluation link?

The Evaluation Form is provided in your Webinar course access. After you complete the form, your attendance will need to be verified. We validate attendance for both live and replay participants after the 2-week replay window closes. Therefore, allow up to 2 weeks after the live event for your certificate to be emailed.

  • Is the Certificate of Completion emailed?

Yes, Arizona Trauma Institute will email a Certificate of Completion at least 2 weeks after the Live Webinar. An individual's attendance and completed evaluation form are verified by the Arizona Trauma Institute before the Certificate of Completion is emailed. It’s important to keep this email for your records, as it will serve as your official documentation of completion. While our process for issuing certifications may change in the future, we are committed to ensuring you receive your certificate promptly. (I added this here because it seems as though this was a repeat question below)

  • Can I earn a Certification of Completion (and applicable CEs) by watching the replay instead of attending the Live Webinar?

Absolutely! We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may have missed the live session for various reasons. That’s why we offer the option to watch the entire replay at your convenience. As long as watch the replay in its entirety and complete the Evaluation Form within 2 weeks of the Live Webinar, you will still qualify for your CEs.

  • How do I know if I’ve completed the necessary steps to receive my Certificate of Completion?

To receive your Certificate of Completion, you must complete the following steps: 1. Register and pay for the Live Webinar. 2. Attend the entire Live Webinar session or watch the full replay (or a combination of both). 3. Complete the Live Webinar Evaluation Form. We validate attendance for both live and replay participants after the 2-week replay window closes. Therefore, allow up to 2 weeks for your certificate to be emailed. Please note, Zoom tracks each participant’s attendance and duration. You must fill out the registration form on Zoom with your full name and email address to ensure your attendance is verified.

  • Can you get a certification from this Live Webinar?
