Who Will Benefit

This workshop is designed for professionals at all levels who want to maintain their composure and integrity when facing workplace challenges. Participants will find this particularly valuable if they:

  • Experience regular workplace disrespect: Including undermining comments, being talked over, having ideas dismissed, or facing microaggressions
  • Struggle with emotional regulation: Find themselves reacting defensively, shutting down, or ruminating after difficult interactions
  • Want to set better boundaries: Need practical strategies for establishing limits while maintaining professional relationships
  • Work in high-stress environments: Navigate demanding workplaces where tensions run high and conflicts are common
  • Are in leadership or management roles: Want to model effective regulation and boundary-setting for their teams
  • Face specific workplace challenges: Such as difficult colleagues, boundary-crossing managers, or organizational cultures that tolerate disrespect
  • Seek evidence-based approaches: Appreciate learning strategies grounded in neuroscience and emotional regulation research

The workshop is especially beneficial for those who want to move beyond simply "dealing with" workplace disrespect to developing sustainable practices that preserve both their professional effectiveness and personal well-being.

*Please note some interventions and modalities in this Live Webinar may go beyond the authorized scope of practice for certain professionals. It is your responsibility to review your profession’s standards and ensure that you stay within your legal scope of practice.
