Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal charge: If at any point you wish to withdraw from the Trauma & Resilience Life Coach program, we will charge a $100 administrative fee which will be subtracted from your total potential refund amount. Refunds are based on the number of weeks attended and remaining, not on progress in video lectures. Once withdrawn, you will no longer have access to the program materials. 

Refunds are only available if the cohort is ongoing or has not started. After 12 weeks of the program, refunds will no longer be issued, even if you choose to withdraw.   

Re-enrolling: If you decide to withdraw from the program, it is an irreversible decision. If you would like to resume the coaching program, you will need to re-enroll altogether. 

Access to materials: As an active student or alumni of this program, you will have lifetime access to the course’s training materials. However, if you choose to withdraw at any point, you will lose access to the online training materials, lectures, and benefits accrued.
