Frequently Asked Questions

  • Which Arizona licenses do these bundles apply to?

    These bundles are designed for all behavioral health licenses regulated by the AZBBHE, including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC), and substance abuse counseling licenses.

  • Do these bundles cover all 30 required CE hours?

    Each bundle meets or exceeds 30 CE hours and includes the required ethics and cultural competency courses. The only additional requirement is the AZ Statutes/Regulations Tutorial (3 hrs), which must be completed separately through the AZBBHE website at no extra charge.

  • Are your courses approved by the AZBBHE?

    Our courses are approved by the ASWB and NBCC, which are both accepted by the AZBBHE for continuing education credit. The Board accepts activities sponsored or approved by national and state professional associations in the behavioral health specialties.

  • How long do I have to complete the courses?

    Self-paced courses can be completed anytime before your license renewal date. The Supervision Bundle includes live webinar dates (April 6 and May 18–19), so enrollment for that bundle is time-sensitive. All CE hours must be completed within your two-year renewal cycle.

  • What is the CCTS-I certification in the Certification Bundle?

    The Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist – Individual (CCTS-I) is a nationally recognized credential that demonstrates advanced competency in individual trauma treatment. The 20-hour course and $100 certification fee are included in the bundle price.
