The body keeps count of what the work costs. It also keeps count of what restores it.

Attention in this field tends to point outward. The person in front of us gets the noticing, and what is happening in our own body waits. The tiredness that sleep does not touch. The flatness where something used to move. The sense of having less to give than the work asks for.

None of that is a verdict on the person carrying it. It is what sustained exposure does, and it responds to being understood.

These three trainings work on that: naming what is actually happening and what kind of stress it is, recovering the pause between what lands and how it is answered, and rebuilding the daily ground that makes the rest possible.

The work does not have to cost this much. It has to be resourced.

From Depletion to Resilience: Preventing Burnout and Achieving Work-Life Harmony

Continuing Education Hours: 6

Tiredness that rest does not resolve is a signal rather than a shortcoming. This training separates primary traumatic stress, secondary traumatic stress, and burnout, then offers a six-step process for moving from reactive to intentional response.

Vicarious Trauma: The 5 Pillars of Growth and Resilience

Continuing Education Hours: 5.5

A strength-based framework built on five pillars: psychoeducation, self-regulation, relational safety, trauma processing, and follow-up and growth. Learn why the nervous system registers secondhand exposure as though it happened directly, and what builds resilience in adults and children alike.

Health and Wellness for Trauma

Continuing Education Hours: 5

Sleep, nutrition, and movement treated as working parts of stress management rather than afterthoughts. Learn how an over-activated system shows up in gut health, inflammation, and immunity, and how to build daily routines that support the people we serve and ourselves.
