From Depletion to Resilience: Preventing Burnout and Achieving Work-Life Harmony

Join Dr. Roderick Logan in a practical, evidence-based training created for professionals across every field who carry the emotional weight of caring for others. This self-paced course addresses the universal experience of professional depletion, whether you know it as compassion fatigue, burnout, empathy exhaustion, or simply feeling like you have less to give than you once did. Through six hours of interactive content, you will come to understand what is happening beneath the surface when rest no longer restores you, and you will learn a clear path for restoring your capacity to care. The training introduces the Sense of Coherence framework for building sustainable engagement, explores your locus of control and the early warning signs of toxic stress, and walks you through a six-step process for shifting from reactive to intentional responses. Somatic and Body-Based Self-Regulation: Description

This training provides an introduction to the theory behind use of the body in therapeutic practice. The presenter will introduce poly-vagal theory, and the principals of sensorimotor psychotherapy and somatic therapy. Relational neurobiology and concepts from attachment theory will also be integrated into the presentation. The impact of trauma on the body will be explored throughout the presentation. The presenter will provide multi-sensory body-based experiential activities for professionals to use for themselves and also to introduce with their clients.

An Introduction to Healing with Trauma-Informed Yoga: Description

Continuing Education Hours: 6

This course is designed to provide participants with an overview of the history of yoga and a working knowledge of how trauma impacts the mind and body. This course presents research that supports the benefits of yoga on the brain and body in regards to addressing stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction recovery, and personal growth. Participants will learn basic trauma-informed yoga skills and will engage in the demonstration of applicable skills including hand yoga, meditations, breath control and intuitive movement. This course provides local resources where participants can continue their education and exploration of trauma informed yoga.

Dr. Roderick Logan, Senior Faculty at Arizona Trauma Institute and Trauma Institute International, brings over 40 years of expertise in trauma, toxic stress, and resilience building. With a Master's in Counseling, a Doctorate in Practical Theology, and certifications as a Fellow of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and a Trauma and Resiliency Life Coach, he trains leaders and care providers worldwide. Dr. Logan's work focuses on overcoming adversity, promoting resilience, and advancing trauma-informed care.

Dr. Camea Peca, Ph.D., is a trauma specialist with 18+ years of experience in mental health and trauma-focused care. Holding advanced degrees in psychology and expressive arts therapy, she integrates attachment-based coaching and somatic modalities. A seasoned adjunct faculty at the Arizona Trauma Institute, she leads experiential training and directs programming for Ruth Place, supporting survivors of sexual abuse.

Lindsay Rothschild, LCSW, CCTP, SAP, RYT 200

Lindsay Rothschild, LCSW, CCTP, SAP, RYT 200, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in behavioral health. Specializing in trauma and addiction, she integrates a Salutogenic approach and holistic practices such as Trauma-Informed Yoga and EMDR Therapy. Lindsay is the owner of Roots to Rise, PLLC, and Clinical Director at Seven Arrows Recovery Center. She also partners with Arizona Trauma Institute to facilitate trauma-informed care training.

We do not allow for refunds to occur after the completion of the first module of any of our courses. 

  • You will have a 14 day window in which to make a request for a refund, providing you have not completed any of the modules in a given course.
