Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Enterprise memberships are customized to each organization and are non-refundable once onboarding begins.
If you believe your purchase was made in error, please contact [email protected] within 10 days of your initial payment for review.
Renewal Policy:
Enterprise memberships renew annually. Renewal reminders will be sent prior to your renewal date.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership before your renewal date to avoid future billing.
Processing Fee:
An $8 processing fee applies to approved refund requests per user (if applicable).
