Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Monthly Membership: You may request a refund for your membership within 48 hours of your initial purchase, provided you have not accessed or started any courses included in your membership.

  • Annual Membership: You may request a refund for your membership within 10 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not accessed or started any courses included in your membership.

  • If you have accessed or started any of the self-paced courses included in your membership, your purchase will be considered committed, and no refund will be issued.

  • Refund requests for monthly subscribers received after 48 hours of the date of purchase will not be approved.

  • Refund requests for annual subscribers received after 10 days of the date of purchase will not be approved.

Processing Fee:

  • An $8 processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

Membership Renewal:

  • Monthly memberships renew automatically every 30 days. Annual memberships renew every 365 days.

  • Renewals are non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your membership before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Mistaken Purchase:

  • If you believe you purchased a membership by mistake, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access for the remainder of your current billing period.

  • No prorated refunds are issued for time remaining in your billing period after cancellation.
