    The Team Membership is ideal for small organizations or groups, such as counseling teams, clinics, schools, or nonprofits, that want to grow together through shared trauma-informed education and certification.

  • Are new courses included?

    The Team Membership is $447.00, per user, per year, covering up to 9 users. Additional users or upgrades to an Enterprise Membership can be added at any time.

  • How are team members added to the account?

    Once you enroll, your team administrator will receive setup instructions to add up to 9 users. Each user receives their own login and access to all included content.

  • Are certifications included?

    Yes! Each user receives one free certification per year, plus 10% off any additional certifications they choose to complete.

  • Are payments refundable?

    No. All Team Membership payments are final and non-refundable because members receive immediate access to all courses and downloadable materials. We encourage team leaders to confirm their needs before enrolling. If a payment was made in error, please contact [email protected] within 3 business days for assistance. Team Memberships renew annually. Renewal reminders are sent before your renewal date. If you choose not to renew, simply cancel before the renewal date to avoid future billing. Because payments are final, no prorated refunds are issued after cancellation.

  • Can we add more than 9 users?

    Yes. You can upgrade your plan or add additional user licenses at any time. Our team can also help you transition to an Enterprise Membership if your organization grows.

  • Do team members learn together or individually?

    Each member has individual access to courses and certifications. Custom shared learning experiences would need to be requested as part of the Enterprise Membership.

  • Can our team attend live events together?

    Yes. Team Members receive two free live webinars per year, and can be used on trainings together, though each person needs to register separately. You can also use your 10% discount to register for additional live events or specialized trainings.

Refund Policy

All Payments Are Final

Team Membership payments are final and non-refundable. Immediate access is provided to all included training materials, certifications, and resources for up to 9 users.

We recommend reviewing your organization’s needs carefully before purchase to ensure the Team Membership is the right fit.

Payment Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you believe your payment was made in error or processed incorrectly, please contact [email protected] within 3 business days of purchase.
 Our team will review your request individually and assist in resolving any billing concerns.

Membership Renewal

Team Memberships renew annually. Renewal reminders will be sent in advance of your renewal date.
Renewals are final and non-refundable.
 If you prefer not to renew, cancel before your renewal date to avoid additional billing.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but you’ll retain access for the remainder of your current annual term.
Because payments are final, no prorated refunds are issued after cancellation.
